Mia Bureau is a multidisciplinary visual artist, recognized for her culinary sculptures which combine oriental traditionalism with graphic elements of architectural and contemporary inspiration. She serves a corporate clientele, for events by producing personalized works to order and by giving performances in front of the public. It also offers fruit and vegetable sculpture workshops for corporate groups, groups of friends or professional teams.

Winner of four gold medals in culinary sculpture in national and international competitions. Bronze medalist in the Quebec team at the 2012 World Culinary Olympics in Erfurt (Germany). Since 2008, its clientele has included dozens of major corporations including: Cirque du Soleil, ARTV, En Route Air Canada, Desjardins and many others.

Through her meticulous and striking work as well as her warm presence, she has captured the attention of print and television media, making her a well-known and recognized personality.
